These terms and conditions are in place to create a clear, respectful, and mutually supportive experience for all who enter and use the space. By making a booking with Stellar Studio, you agree to the following terms.

Our Values

Stellar Studio is a space built on respect, intention, and connection.

We ask that all guests and facilitators honour the space, the community, and the environment in which they are operating. This includes respectful communication, mindful use of the space, and consideration of others.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings that do not align with the values of the space.

Our Responsibilities

We are committed to providing a clean, functional, and intentionally designed space for your use.

We will ensure that all agreed inclusions, such as furniture, lighting, or sound equipment, are available and in working condition at the time of your booking.

We will provide access details and any relevant information required for your booking in advance.

While we take care to maintain all equipment and facilities, we are not liable for interruptions or technical issues outside of our reasonable control.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for your guests, clients, and any third parties attending your booking.

You agree to use the space, furniture, and equipment with care and respect.

You must ensure the space is left in the same condition it was found, including removal of all belongings, rubbish, and materials brought into the space.

Any damage, loss, or excessive cleaning required will be charged to the booking holder at full repair or replacement cost.

You agree to follow all safety instructions and use equipment only as intended.

Bookings and Payments

All bookings must be paid in full to secure your reservation.

Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received. We do not hold tentative bookings without payment.

All bookings include allocated 15 minutes for bump in and 15 minutes bump out within your reserved timeframe unless otherwise agreed.

Use of Space and Capacity

All bookings must align with the intended use of the space as agreed at the time of booking.

Maximum capacity limits must be adhered to at all times. Stellar Studio reserves the right to refuse entry or end a booking if capacity is exceeded or if the use of the space differs from what was agreed.

Subleasing or transferring your booking to another party without written approval is not permitted.

Prohibited Activities

The following are not permitted within the studio:

- Illegal activities of any kind

- Use of hazardous or flammable materials

- Smoking or vaping inside the premises

- Excessive noise beyond agreed use

- Any activity that may cause damage to the space or disrupt other users

We reserve the right to end a booking immediately if these conditions are not met.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations made more than seven days prior to your booking are eligible for a refund of up to ninety percent of the booking fee.

Cancellations made within seven days of your booking are non refundable.

Rescheduling requests made more than seven days prior to your booking may be accommodated without penalty, subject to availability.

Rescheduling within seven days may incur a rescheduling fee.

All rescheduled bookings must be used within sixty days of the original booking date. After this time, a new booking will be required.

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed via the original payment method or issued as studio credit.

Late Arrivals and Overtime

Your booking begins and ends at the scheduled time, regardless of arrival.

If you require additional time, this must be approved and is subject to availability.

Overtime will be charged at the applicable hourly rate.

Cleaning and Condition of Space

The space must be left clean, tidy, and reset at the conclusion of your booking.

All furniture and items must be returned to their original position unless otherwise agreed.

A cleaning fee may be applied if the space is not left in an acceptable condition.

Facilities and Equipment

Where chairs, sound systems, or additional equipment are required, these can be arranged as part of your booking.

We offer support to customise your setup based on your event or experience. Any additional equipment or setup must be requested in advance.

You are responsible for ensuring all equipment is used safely and appropriately.

Damage, Loss and Liability

You are responsible for any damage caused to the space, furniture, equipment, or fixtures during your booking.

All damages will be charged at full repair or replacement cost.

Stellar Studio is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings brought into the space.

Insurance

For workshops, events, or facilitated sessions, you may be required to hold appropriate public liability insurance.

Stellar Studio reserves the right to request proof of insurance prior to confirming certain bookings.

Content and Media

We may capture behind the scenes content for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be included, you must notify us in writing prior to your booking.

Any content created by third party creatives remains the property of the creator unless otherwise agreed.

Access, Safety and Conduct

Access details will be provided prior to your booking.

You must adhere to all safety instructions and ensure that all guests conduct themselves respectfully within the space.

Children must be supervised at all times.

Force Majeure

Stellar Studio is not liable for cancellations, delays, or changes caused by events outside of our control. This includes but is not limited to natural disasters, power outages, government restrictions, or unforeseen emergencies. In such cases, bookings may be rescheduled or credited at our discretion.

Bond

For certain bookings, particularly events or larger group use, we reserve the right to request a security bond. This bond will be refunded following inspection of the space, provided no damage or additional cleaning is required.

Agreement

By completing a booking or payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
