MONTHLY GONG SOUNDBATH
Step into a deeply immersive evening of sound healing, relaxation, and nervous system restoration with internationally renowned Sound Therapist and Gong Master, Leith James.
The Gongscape Sound Experience is designed to guide attendees into a meditative state through the powerful resonance and vibration of gongs, helping to calm the mind, regulate the nervous system, and restore energetic balance.
Blending ancient sound healing traditions with modern wellness practices, this monthly experience offers guests the opportunity to disconnect from the noise of everyday life and reconnect with themselves on a deeper level. Participants can expect a grounding and transformative journey supporting emotional wellbeing, mindfulness, stress relief, and deep relaxation.
Held within the warm and nurturing environment of Stellar Studio, this intimate experience invites attendees to slow down, breathe deeply, and explore the healing landscape within through sound, vibration, and resonance.
Guests are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat, pillow, and blanket for maximum comfort during the session.
